Service Description

45-minute 1-on-1 visit with a doctor of physical therapy to learn about you, your concerns and your goals. We'll do a review of your medical history and take an inventory of your general health and nutrition. We'll do an in-depth movement assessment and try to determine the root cause of your issues. Based on these findings, I'll take you through some self-mobilization techniques and teach you some quality movement interventions to address the impairments found in the assessment. You'll leave this visit with a clear understanding of your condition, techniques and exercises you can perform on your own, and a plan to begin making progress towards your goals.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please let me know 48 hours before your appointment start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded. You may be able to reschedule your appointment for another time within the same week.
