Service Description
55-minute 1-on-1 session with a doctor of physical therapy. Your initial visit will include review of your medical history, discuss your concerns and goals, and do nutrition and general health inventory. Then we'll dive into a thorough head-to-toe movement and orthopedic assessment. Using all of this information will help us to determine the root cause of your issues. You'll receive evidence-based treatment in this visit that will address the impairments discovered in the evaluation. This may include dry-needling, manual therapy, spinal mobilization, soft-tissue mobilization, cupping, and exercise interventions. You will leave this visit with a good understanding of your condition and a plan to begin making progress on your goals. Follow up visits will check progress on your goals, continue to address painful movements, and work towards building a movement program that suits your needs.

To cancel or reschedule, please let me know 48 hours before your appointment start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded. You may be able to reschedule your appointment for another time within the same week.
